1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using FunaGigs, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. In addition, when using these particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services.

2. Description of Service

FunaGigs provides a digital marketplace connecting taskers with employers. The service includes gig listings, messaging, escrow payments, Hustle Groups, Ekibina savings circles, and an educational hub. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time with reasonable notice where practicable.

3. User Registration

You agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information about yourself during registration. You must maintain and promptly update this information. If you provide false information, FunaGigs has the right to suspend or terminate your account.

4. Escrow and Payments

All gig payments are processed securely through our Funa Vault escrow system. Funds are released to the tasker only upon mutual agreement of gig completion. FunaGigs takes a service fee for facilitating the transaction. Ekibina and group savings features are peer coordination tools — they are not licensed deposit-taking or banking services.

5. User Conduct

You understand that you are solely responsible for all content you post or transmit. You agree not to use the platform for unlawful purposes, harassment, fraud, or to distribute malicious software.

6. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes between taskers and employers must first be attempted to be resolved through the FunaGigs Dispute Center. Our support agents have final say on escrow fund allocation in the event of an unresolvable dispute.

7. Intellectual Property

Funa Gigs and its logos, software, and content are owned by CODESPHERE INNOVATIONS (U) LIMITED. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer our services except as permitted by law or with our written consent.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uganda. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of FunaGigs shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Uganda, unless mandatory consumer protection law in your country requires otherwise.
